Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within Qatar on orders of minimum QAR 80. We do not ship internationally.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We deliver to all areas in Qatar. Our standard delivery charges includes 30 QAR for Zone A, 40 QAR for Zone B and 50 QAR for Zone C.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within Qatar for orders over 350 QAR.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Delivery is arranged according to our operational hours. We are closed on Sundays. Prior confirmation is required for delivery requests beyond working hours depending on availability.

When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working mobile number and full address and ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. If you opted to pay "cash on delivery" then the driver will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is ready. 

COLLECTION POLICY

You can opt to collect your order from our office. Kindly contact us beforehand to confirm the collection. Prior arrangements are required for pick-ups taking place beyond our operating hours. 

RETURNS POLICY

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the safety of our customers and ourselves. All purchases are final sales. However, some products may be faulty from the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued if the goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For example, with some balloons, we recommend to purchase two of the same product. We cannot offer a refund for inflated products that have popped. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can issue a refund for the return of your goods. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In case of a refund, you must contact us before sending your items back, stating the order number and the reason you intend to return the goods. You should retain a electronic copy of the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and unopened in new packaging in the same condition that you received it. You must return goods to us in their original condition at your own expense. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through the original mode of payment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Please note that although we issue refund funds to your bank/credit provider immediately, in some cases there may be a delay of up to 14 working days before your bank displays the credit in your account. If you haven’t received an agreed refund from us, please first check directly with your bank before contacting us.
