Delivery Policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship only within Qatar, with a minimum order value of QAR 80. International shipping is not available at this time.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We deliver to all areas across Qatar. Standard delivery charges are as follows:

  • Zone A: QAR 30
    Ad Dawha, Izghawa, Al-Gharrafa, Al-Rayyan, Muaither, Abu Hamour, Al-Mamoura, Ain Khaled, Muraikh, Luaib, Aspire, Al-Waab, Al-Aziziya, Wadi Al-Banat, Al-Kheesa, Leabaib, Al-Kharaitiyat, Al-Wukair, Al-Wakrah, Khor Al-Adaid, Industrial Area, Barwa City
  • Zone B: QAR 40
  • Rawdat Al-Hamama, Al-Sakhama, Umm Qarn, Al-Khor, Umm Salal Mohammed, Umm Al Amad, Umm Ebairiya, Umm Salal Ali, Al-Wajba, Al-Sailiya, Abu Sidra, Bani Hajer, Al-Shamal (Fuwayrit, Shamal, Zubarah, Al-Ruwais, Al-Ghariyah)
  • Zone C: QAR 50

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within Qatar on orders over QAR 350.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, according to our operational hours. Please note we are closed on Sundays. Delivery requests outside of working hours require prior confirmation and are subject to availability.

When placing an order, please provide full contact details including a valid mobile number and complete address, and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. For "Cash on Delivery" orders, please have the payment ready for the driver.

COLLECTION POLICY

You may also choose to collect your order directly from our office at no additional delivery charge. Kindly contact us in advance to confirm your collection. Prior arrangements are required for pick-ups outside of operating hours.

RETURNS POLICY

All purchases are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, refunds may be issued if products are found to be faulty or damaged from the manufacturer. For example, with balloons, we recommend purchasing two of the same item as we cannot offer refunds for inflated products that have popped.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is faulty to be eligible for a refund. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Process

  • Please contact us before returning any items, providing your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we review your request, we will notify you whether it has been approved or declined.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If approved, refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that while we issue refunds immediately, some banks or credit providers may take up to 14 working days to display the credit. If you haven’t received your refund, kindly check directly with your bank before contacting us.
