Haflaty Store can only deliver within the State of Qatar. We offer express delivery for all orders, usually within 24-48 hours. We are closed on Sundays. Some rare occasions may arise when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the delivery schedule, and the customer will be informed. While every effort is made to deliver within the time period specified, we shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on the specified day.
The flat delivery rate includes 30 QAR for deliveries across Qatar. Free delivery is applicable for orders over QAR 350. We will require you or someone you assign to accept the delivery. Customers will assume the risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order. Haflaty Store accepts no liability for undelivered orders where the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address.

Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. The Products shall be owned by you once we have received payment in full for the Products. The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and inform us of any damages and such within 3 days of receipt.
We offer refunds for faulty or damaged goods only. All other items are final sale. You will need to return the order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Haflaty Store must be notified and products returned to us within 3 days of the receipt date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to not issue a refund for late dates. Once we receive the whole order, we will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund via email. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery charge via your original method of payment provided the goods are securely packed and returned in original condition. This is usually done within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be received and processed. Your refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
