We currently only ship within Qatar. We do not ship internationally.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We deliver to all areas in Qatar. Our standard delivery charge is 25 QAR. Additional charges may be applied for locations beyond Doha.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery within Qatar for orders over QAR 350.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
All orders placed before 3pm will be delivered on the same day. We deliver our orders with our courier partner. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the day after as they cannot be dispatched that same day anymore. When placing an order please provide full contact details including a working mobile number and full address and ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. The courier company will call you before delivery. If you opted to pay "cash on delivery" the courier company will be able to take payment. Please ensure payment is ready.
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the safety of our customers and ourselves. All purchases are final sale. However, some products may be faulty from the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued if the goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For example, with some balloons we recommend to purchase two of the same product. We cannot offer a refund for inflated products that have popped. You must notify us within 3 days of placing your order so we can issues a refund for the return of your goods. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must contact us before sending your items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in unopened as new packaging in the same condition that you received it. You must return goods to us in their original condition at your own cost. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through original mode of payment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Please note that although we issue refund funds to your bank/credit provider immediately, in some cases there may be a delay of up to 14 working days before you bank displays the credit in your account. If you haven’t received an agreed refund from us, please firstly check directly with your bank before contacting us.
