Balloon will float with helium and must be inflated to 36" diameter or it may not float properly. Tail Size: 6" (W) x 4" (H). Tail adjustable to be shorter or taller, up to 8 feet. Includes instructions to complete the very easy assembly of this gorgeous balloon.
